Reflection
Taking this class was no walk in the park, it required active reading skills and self discipline as it was an on-line class. I am grateful for the course content I have gained knowledge of as well as the preparation it has given me to continue my education in the PTA program. The assignment I have chosen was the reflection I wrote for my chapter one assignment. I didn't choose this reflection because it was my best score, I chose this assignment because it made me think about myself. This unit content was learning about the self, who we are, what is the self and about our morals. This assignment was challenging due to the fact that when you are asked to explain about yourself you are stumped, who am I really? what do I want to become? Looking back on this assignment, I see that some aspects about myself are the same, where as others I can see that I have grown and have had a change of heart.

Reflection
I had the opportunity to do some investigating and research about Camp K or Camp Kostopolis. This camp is designed for those who have a disability to get away and explore actives such as camping, riding horses and more. Researching about this camp opened my eyes as to the different aspects where physical therapy could be used. Camp K doesn't have physical therapist performing physical therapy, but the activities that are performed require much movement and physical activity. I chose to add this paper because there are many organizations where physical therapy could be utilized, physical therapy doesn't have to happen in just hospitals or rehab facilities.
